Wax melts are a hassle-free way to enjoy amazing fragrance—no flames, wicks, or diffusers needed! Just place a wax melt in your warmer, and as it melts from the heat of a hot plate or light bulb, it releases a long-lasting scent that fills your space with a cozy, welcoming fragrance.
Our wax melts work in most warmers, but for the best scent throw, we recommend using a warmer with a stronger heat source, like a hot plate or a higher-wattage bulb. Since our wax is a bit harder than some brands, lower-heat warmers—like Scentsy warmers—may not get hot enough to fully melt the wax or release the fragrance as strongly. While we haven’t tested our melts in Scentsy warmers, we suggest using a warmer that generates more heat for the best results.
Our wax melts are made without parabens, phthalates, or essential oils, which can be harmful to pets. While we take extra care in choosing pet-friendly ingredients, every pet is different! If you have any concerns, we always recommend checking with your vet.
Our wax melts are made with a soy-paraffin wax blend, high-quality fragrance oils that are free of parabens and phthalates and compliant with California's Prop 65 standards and a small amount of dye.
Scent strength is different for everyone, but we pack our melts with the highest amount of fragrance oil possible so they last longer and travel further. If you prefer a lighter scent, start with 1 cube and adjust from there to find your perfect balance.
The number of cubes you’ll need depends on the size of your space. For smaller rooms like bathrooms, 1 cube is usually enough, while larger spaces may need up to 3 cubes for a stronger scent. We always recommend starting with 1-2 cubes and adding more if you want a more intense fragrance.
Scent longevity varies by fragrance, but on average, each wax melt cube lasts up to a full week. That means you get over 100 hours of fragrance from every bar!
For the best scent experience, we recommend using your wax melts within a year of purchase. Store them in a cool, dry place and keep them in their original packaging, a sealed bag, or an airtight container to lock in freshness.
Wax melts are not meant to be eaten (no matter how good they smell!). If accidental ingestion happens, contact a physician or the Poison Control Center for guidance. Keep wax melts out of reach of children and pets, as they can also pose a choking hazard.
Yes! Our wax melts are made with fragrance oils that are Prop 65 compliant and free from parabens and phthalates. If you're still concerned, we recommend speaking with a pediatrician before using. As with any home fragrance product, we always recommend adult supervision when using them around little ones.

Creating a personalized candle is easy and fun! Start by choosing your inspiration—whether it’s a special person, a meaningful place, or a favorite memory. Then, fill out a quick form with details about what makes it special to you. From there, we get to work blending and hand-pouring your custom scent before shipping it straight to your door.
Because each candle is made just for you, please allow 2-3 weeks for us to perfect your custom scent. This gives us time to create the blend, order any special fragrance notes if needed, hand-pour your candle, and let it properly cure before shipping it your way.
We offer a wide selection of scents from our signature fragrance families—Fruity, Fresh, Floral, Citrus, Bakery, Woodsy, and Spice. Based on the details you provide, we’ll craft a unique blend that captures the essence of your story. If you have something specific in mind or want to be more involved in the process, just let us know, and we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life!
Absolutely! A custom candle makes a thoughtful, one-of-a-kind gift for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because. We can package it beautifully and include a gift note if you'd like. If you'd rather let them create their own, we also offer gift cards in our shop!
Because each candle is made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order—like damage during shipping—please reach out, and we’ll do our best to make it right!
We haven’t had this happen yet, but we understand scent is personal! We do everything we can to craft a fragrance that truly reflects your story. The more details you provide in your form, the better we can tailor the scent to your preferences. Our form asks specific questions about scent preferences to help guide the process, so don’t be afraid to get detailed!

At the end of the order process, you'll see a disclaimer reminding you to review everything carefully, as we aren’t responsible for mistakes made in the form.

We ship Monday through Friday from our location in Trenton, Georgia. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, with standard shipping taking 3-7 business days. If your order includes a custom candle, processing time will be longer since we hand-pour each one just for you!
